shipping details = ACCESS TO YOUR DIGITAL FILES

As our products are solely digital you will receive a access link either via email or other preferred media. This link is secure providing you access to our digital archive where you will be able to download all of your design files previously agreed upon. This link will be active for a month. We will keep your file archived for a year.  If for any reason you will need to regain your access just send us an email and we will supply you with a new access link. Please allow 3 working days for our response.

Due to the nature of our digital products we can not offer any returns or exchange. As you're 100% included in the design process you know what you're getting at the end. Thank you for your understanding.
